2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Free Tier Limitations

The Free plan includes 2 post generations per day. This limit resets daily at midnight UTC. Users exceeding this limit are prompted to upgrade to the Pro plan.

4. Pro Subscription

The Pro plan costs $9/month and includes unlimited post generations, access to the scheduler, and analytics dashboard. Subscriptions are billed monthly and will continue until cancelled.

5. Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with PostPulse AI within 30 days of your first purchase, we'll refund your money in full. No questions asked.

PostPulse AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
